Ross Hogan brings over 20 years of construction experience from both Europe and Australia to TNE Civil. Specializing in complex concrete structures, he has a strong background in high-rise and road infrastructure projects. As the founder of TNE Civil, Ross provides the strategic direction, ensuring the company consistently delivers on its commitments.

Gerry O'Keeffe - Operations Manager.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Gerry O'Keeffe started his journey in Ireland as a qualified carpenter. His dedication to craftsmanship was evident early on. After relocating to Perth, Gerry broadened his expertise to include residential, high-rise, commercial, mining, and road infrastructure projects. As TNE Civil's Operations Manager, he brings a rich tapestry of hands-on experience, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of excellence.

Minura Perera - Project Manager.

As a qualified civil engineer, Minura Perera takes charge of the construction management aspect of TNE Civil. His engineering background ensures projects are efficiently managed from inception to completion, guaranteeing quality results and timely delivery for our clients.
