TNE Civil was awarded this project through a competitive bidding process to deliver the critical formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement (FRP) for both the Northern (Collier Road Terminus) and Southern (Whiteman Park Terminus) Dive Structures on the Morley-Ellenbrook Line. TNE provided project management, skilled labour, shotcrete, formwork, steel fixing and epoxy injection, successfully placing and finishing over 20,000m³ of concrete.

 

Key Project Milestones

• Northern Dive Works Expansion: Adapted to an extended project scope by efficiently resourcing and refining methodologies, ensuring timely and successful completion.

• Innovative Formwork for Single-Sided Liner Wall: Overcame waterproofing constraints using PERI’s single-sided formwork system, achieving pours over 7m high.

• Enhanced Structural Durability: Partnered with Fosroc to refine epoxy grout injection techniques, conducting rigorous trials to ensure long-term structural integrity.
