About
Over the span of three years, TNE Civil played a crucial role in the successful delivery of the Yanchep Rail Extension for METRONET. We executed several key components, including the construction of Contiguous Pile Retaining Walls, twelve Bridges, and extensive Civil Works across Alkimos, Butler, Eglinton, and Yanchep.
Upon contract award, TNE was tasked with an accelerated project scope, requiring a 640% increase in production pace. Through strategic resource allocation and rapid mobilisation, we met this ambitious target and ensured the project’s timely and successful completion.
Our work included the construction of over 15,000m² Contiguous Pile Retaining Walls, encompassing 3.5km of capping beam construction and 12,000m² of shotcrete with a Class 2 steel trowel finish. Additionally, we managed all formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement operations for the twelve bridges, while also delivering critical civil works, such as vacuum excavation, footpath construction, limestone wall installation, landscaping and rock pitching.
